Return & Exchange Guidelines

1. Limited Return Eligibility

   • Please understand your Jewelry is non-returnable due to custom-made upon order unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

2. Condition of Returned Items

   • If a return is approved, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Return Shipping Costs

   • Manufacturing Defects/Errors:
     We cover all return shipping costs and will expedite a replacement or full refund.
   • Customer-Requested Changes (e.g., design adjustments or resize after production):
     Additional fees for remanufacturing and return shipping may apply.

4. Process Steps

   • Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the item to report issues.
   • Provide photos/videos clearly showing the defect or error.
   • We will review within 24 hours and provide a solution (replacement, refund, or repair).
